Skill in Action – Intermediate Vinyasa Teacher’s Intensive

Skill in Action
Intermediate Vinyasa Teaching Intensive with Shannon Paige Schneider

There is a GREAT grace in vinyasa yoga. Imagine, remember, feel from the inside of your awareness, the stepping into an artful ability to turn attention to the sacred placement of a body in, out, and through gesture upon gesture, guided by the breath… the art of skill in absolute action, connection, yoga.

There is an ART of moving the body with the breath. There is yet another art to guiding this evolutionary skill set in others. Learning the skills to teaching flow yoga is an ever-deepening process: it goes well beyond memorizing postures, counter poses, and the simple order of things. It is a rich process of getting what knowledge is held in your mind and the wisdom that is inside the heart OUT YOUR mouth in elegance and eloquence, in a way that is enriching and creates deep meaning for others. Engage this process at heightened level with us in our LEVEL TWO om time vinyasa teacher training with Shannon Paige Schneider.

This 4 month course is a training for those with a working knowledge of teaching vinyasa yoga, previous teacher training cycles, and a deepening desire to evolve their experience guiding others.
