This training is dedicated to the great art form of teaching Anusara yoga. With the Immersion behind you, you now have the tools not just to practice Anusara Yoga, but to delve into the art form and practice of teaching Anusara yoga. Amy is acknowledged in the Anusara Community for her exceptionally organized, supportive, intimate, and down to earth approach to teacher training. As chair of the Anusara Yoga Curriculum Committee, she is up-to-date on the latest progressions in Anusara’s course of study, ensuring that your training experience will yield the highest results and be the most effective for your teaching and evolution as an individual.
