Om Time 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training, Tillai with Shannon Paige, Gina Caputo, Nancy Kate Williams and Nichole Golden
JULY 28 – AUGUST 24!
This month long intensive will gather some of the most beloved teachers of the front range to prepare you to teach a well-aligned, creatively focused OM FLOW. This mindful progression style of teaching yoga will hold the facets of understanding how to sequence an all levels yoga class towards a peak asana, developing the class skill set from simple to complex, in deep connection to teaching to what you actually see the entire time. A hallmark of this style is also carrying through a thoughtful theme, or heart based connection, making this a full spectrum experience from body, to breath, to heart.
This intensive will gather beginning on SUNDAY, July 28 from 9a – 7p.
We will weave a 28 day cycle the remainder of the month with this schedule:
Mondays: 5 – 9p
Tuesdays: 5 – 9p
Wednesdays: 5 – 9p
Thursdays: 4 – 9p
Fridays: 4 – 9p
Saturdays: 9a – 7p
Sundays: 9a – 7p
Journey Through The Chakras, Special Class Offerings with Nancy Kate Williams – Rau
Sunday, June 23rd & July 21st, 9:45 am – 11:45 am
Journey through the Chakras (all levels) – Chakras or “wheels of light” are subtle energy centers that direct the energy flow within our bodies. They represent aspects of who we are, how we see & relate to the world, as well as our ability to grow, evolve and transform.
Join Nancy Kate as we engage a practice of asana, pranayama, mudras, mantra chanting & meditation to explore ways to tune into and tone these great energetic centers within our body.
Blockages and stuck energy within the body create feelings of separation from each other, the earth, and our sense of self. We will move through a Conscious Flow practice creating awareness of how to support the flow of energy within the body to re-align to that same flow within the universe, so that we may re-member the interconnection of existence.

Learn to Teach Anjali Restorative Yoga with Founder,
Shannon Paige and Special Guests!
10 – 30 CEU / RISE ELECTIVE
Anjali Restorative Yoga, a well respected style of nourishing, gentle yoga was founded and developed by Shannon Paige. Anjali Restorative Yoga is a rich practice of deep and meditative support, both physically and emotionally. The practitioner is held by bolsters, pillows and blankets for sustained periods of time in deeply rejuvenative postures. The hallmark of an Anjali Restorative Yoga practice is that the restorative spaces are held with incredible detail to ease, rich imagery, guided meditations, and restoring pranayama/breathing practices.
Most noted for the “Supported Spinal Sequence,” Anjali’s signature progression, the instructor gently guides the practitioner through a loving sequence to gently bend the spine in its key directions of movement: forward bend, backbend, side-bend and twist, in addition to a mindful, supported traction to inspire length and space between vertebrae.
Anjali’s evolutionary second sequence, “Rich Roots Rising Sequence” offers support to gentle spaces of radical relaxation between therapeutic hip and lower back specific restorative postures. Based in the Chakra / Subtle Body System, the instructor will map a theme specific to ease archetypes of dis-ease in the physical body.
Personalized “Tattva” Anjali Restorative Yoga sessions allow one to explore spaces of hyper contraction physically and / or emotionally. The qualified and deeply skilled instructor will guide the practitioner through an Anjali “Elemental / Therapeutic Specific Sequence” to aim one at progressive ease, rejuvenation, and relaxation. The sessions can be done as one-on-one sessions or may be offered as public, targeted therapeutic restorative sessions.
The effects of Anjali Restorative Yoga are profound states of calm, focus, ease, and restored verve.
