In this continuing education workshop, learn to leverage symmetry and
asymmetry at one another to unfold intelligent and evolutionary sequences.
Use the wisdom of core integration in arm balances to teach sustainable and
expansive backbends. Utilize the energetic aspect of drawing into the core to
authentically offer outward.
Appropriate for All Levels of Healthy Practitioners. 2.5 CEU’s awarded.
