Yoga 101 – 4 weeks Series

Begins Saturday, January 7th

12 pm – 1:15 pm

Yoga classes can be intimidating if you’re new to the practice but they don’t have to be. This four-week series will walk you through the basic Sun Salutation, Standing Poses, Core Development and address safety in poses. Working together in supportive environment you will walk away with the confidence to attend studio classes in the Vinyasa and Flow styles.

$45 for the series | $17 drop in
