öm time supports the restoration, rejuvenation, health, and well being of the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. Be well – be yoga – be yourself completely!
From daily yoga classes, to yoga workshops and yoga teacher development programs and yoga teacher trainings, we aspire to offer something special and supportive to each person who spends time within these special walls.
In addition to being a learning environment, öm time is a sweet place to: hang out, shop in our yogi boutique, visit with friends before or after class at our new water bar, enjoy a Kirtan or Concert, have a Thai Yoga massage, or participate in one of our KARMA KREW community action projects.
We desire very much to change the world, by linking the wonderful people within it!
